feels like the first time i've been out and not wanted to take my jacket off ... hat with flaps, neck warmer, wool jersey, arm warmers, gloves, jacket, calf length shorts, knee high sox and still too cold.
frozen fingers and toes by the time i made it to the water and then turned for home into an icy headwind and cracked the sads. only made it to ave y before heading for a train station.
snow is forcast for tonight so it's only going to get worse so i'm starting a new shopping list
- windstopper booties or anything to save my toes
- ear flaps or a better hat
- leg warmers
