allen keys. wire cutters, hair spray and a little grease and skelly is now a flat bar machine.
did a couple of laps around central park this arvo fo a test run and it rides like a dream, breaks actually work (although looking at this photo i noticed that one of the pads is upside-down... oops) and the extra 10 mm on the stem save my back some pain, now just need gloves ... ouch
